Bean To Bar Mini-Machine – Compact Chocolate Making Equipment from a Direct Factory
As a Mini Bean To Bar Machine Manufacturer and supplier, Suzhou Golden Eagle Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd. designs a complete range of small-footprint machines for craft chocolate makers, R&D labs, and pilot plants. Our bean-to-bar line covers every step from raw cocoa bean to tempered chocolate: roasting, shelling, coarse grinding, stone milling, and tempering. Each unit is built with food-grade 304 stainless steel, compact dimensions, and intelligent controls to suit batch production from a few kilograms to tens of kilograms per day.
With nearly 30 years in chocolate equipment manufacturing, we combine proven industrial engineering with the flexibility needed for artisan and small-scale operations. Our factory in Suzhou, China, offers direct pricing, customization, and full after-sales support.
The Complete Bean-to-Bar Range
Our mini line is organized into five machines that work as a modular system or individually, depending on your process and capacity needs.

Application Fit and Process Integration
Each machine is designed to match the workflow of a bean-to-bar production line. The roaster prepares beans for shelling; the sheller removes husk with minimal nib breakage; the coarse mill reduces nibs to a consistent particle size; the stone mill refines and conches the mass; and the tempering machine ensures correct crystal structure for gloss and snap.
You can order the machines individually or as a complete set. For larger capacity, we also offer industrial equipment such as Chocolate Conche and QMJ series chocolate ball mill that can scale up your production.
Engineering and Customization
We are a factory with our own engineering team. We can adapt machine configurations to your specific raw materials, desired output, and facility constraints. Customization options include voltage (e.g., 220V or 380V), hopper capacity, control system interfaces, and stainless steel finish levels. We also support OEM/ODM projects where you provide drawings or samples.
Our engineers can help you plan the layout of a mini chocolate workshop, including utilities, ventilation, and workflow to avoid cross-contamination.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
We hold ISO9001 quality certification and CE certification for the European market. Each machine undergoes inspection at every production stage, and finished units are tested before shipment. We provide inspection certificates and can arrange third-party testing such as SGS upon request.
All contact parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring easy cleaning and compliance with food safety standards.
Installation, Training, and After-Sales
We provide installation guidance and commissioning support. Our engineers can travel to your site for training, or we can conduct remote video sessions. We also supply spare parts and offer maintenance advice to keep your line running.
Documentation includes operation manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance schedules. We can also provide a list of recommended spare parts for your inventory.
Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

- Type of chocolate (dark, milk, white) and recipe specifics
- Raw material form (whole beans, nibs, or pre-ground)
- Available electrical supply (voltage, phase, frequency)
- Factory floor space and layout constraints
- Required automation level (manual, semi-auto, PLC)
- Any specific certifications or export requirements
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for the mini bean-to-bar machines?
We accept orders for a single machine or a complete line. There is no strict MOQ, making it easy for startups and established producers to test or expand.
Can I use the stone mill for other products like nut butters?
Yes, the stone mill can process other oily seeds and nuts, but we recommend dedicating a mill to chocolate to avoid flavor cross-contamination.
How long does delivery take?
Standard machines are typically ready within 15-30 days after deposit. Customized configurations may take longer depending on complexity.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes, we offer on-site commissioning and training, or remote video guidance. Our engineers can also assist with line layout.
What are the payment terms?
We usually require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. T/T is standard; L/C is acceptable for larger orders.
